As a courtesy to providers, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged $50 if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.
A $100 deposit is required for all group reservations over 3 people. You may use this towards the service on the day of your treatment less any cancellation fees that may apply. When cancelling or rescheduling a group appointment, please provide 72 hours notice. One credit card must be provided for the group and that credit card will be charged $100 if cancelled less than 72 hours in advance.
Rushing to an appointment isn’t healthy or enjoyable. Get the most out of your experience by arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment. The best place to park for our Columbus office is at the parking lot across the street. The best place to park for our NYC office is at the parking lots further down the street.
Our scheduling is designed to allow the correct amount of time needed to complete your experience. If you happen to be more than 5 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee the full length of the service or that we can accommodate you.
If you refer a friend or family member to Juvly you receive $50 toward any service with us once they get treated. There is no referral credit if your referral purchases a voucher such as Groupon, Living Social, etc.
We provide free consultations because we believe your time is valuable and there is no charge for browsing. There is a limit of 1 free consultation per person per 365 days.
Gratuities are not included in service price and are a matter of personal discretion on all of our services.
Shhh! Please be sure your cell phone is turned off at all times while in our salon and spa.
If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare product purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging within 30 days. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. To request a refund or exchange email email@example.com and include your receipt.
Upon prepayment, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s). Services received cannot be refunded. Prepayments, packages, and bank your Botox are refundable within 10 days of purchase.
We accept all major credit cards, care credit, and cash. All prices are subject to change without notice.
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. Children under the age of 12 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.
No pets please, but service animals are welcome.
