The 7 Most Popular Areas for CoolSculpting
CoolSculpting is a procedure used to eliminate stubborn pockets of fat. The technology is more formally known as cryolipolysis, meaning “fat freezing,” and it is used to destroy fat cells. CoolSculpting non-invasively cools body fat, causing these fat cells to to break down and die without damaging the surrounding area.
The dead fat cells are slowly eliminated by the body within 2 to 3 months, resulting in roughly 20-25% reduction of fat in the treated area. The majority of clients experience the most dramatic results after their second treatment which is usually completed about 3 months after the first session.
One of the most popular areas for treatment is the abdomen. Pockets of fat vary on an individual basis and some clients only need to treat their lower abdomen, while some need to treat the lower, middle and upper abdomen.
Another popular area of treatment is the “love handles,” or flanks. This area is especially popular in males as it is a difficult area to target with lifestyle changes.
Bra and Chest Fat
Women love to treat the area below where the bra sits, which is referred to as “bra fat.”These are the small pocket of fat that bulge when wearing a bra and are noticeable in form-fitting tops and sleeveless shirts. Men, too, may have stubborn fat to their chest area. Luckily, this area has been treated successfully with CoolSculpting.
The stubborn fat under the arms is perfect for CoolSculpting treatment, as even with diet and exercise this area is difficult to tone.
The inner and outer thighs, as well as the banana roll behind the legs, can be treated with CoolSculpting. The banana roll is a small pocket of fat under the buttocks and is a very popular area to treat as it is notoriously difficult to reduce.
Another area of the legs that benefit from treatment are the fat pockets above and at the sides of the knees.
Lastly, we love to treat the double chin, as this area really makes such as difference to the overall profile of the face!
The beauty of CoolSculpting is that it is non-invasive,has no downtime, and can treat many areas of the body. A consultation is ideal to assess your body goals and evaluate how they align with CoolSculpting.
