Membership Terms and Conditions

Juvly Memberships can be used at any Juvly location without restrictions.
The monthly fee for a Juvly Membership is $129 (plus a 2% MN Care Tax in MN) and a one-time enrollment fee of $79.
Memberships have a 12-month minimum term, automatically renewing each year. After the initial term, memberships become month-to-month.
To cancel after the initial 12-month term, provide a 30-day written notice to info@juvly.com
For early cancellation before the 12-month term ends, there’s a $350 fee, unless you’ve moved 100+ miles from a Juvly location (proof required).
Your membership starts on the day you sign up and renews monthly. Discounts and benefits also renew monthly
The maximum membership balance that can be accumulated is $1,548, which can be used towards Juvly services or products. Funds expire on a rolling basis, one year from each draw date, regardless of the total balance being at or below $1,548.
Membership pricing and offers are non-transferable and for the member’s use only.
Discounts don’t apply to training, modeling, or flash sale specials.
Monthly dues can’t be supplemented by other promotional programs (e.g., Alle, Aspire, Evolus).
If a membership fee is returned, the balance must be paid before services and discounts can be used again.
Membership fees can’t be offset by in-store credit and must be paid with a credit card.
Appointment, provider, and service availability aren’t guaranteed.
Members agree to follow Juvly policies.
Membership payments are non-refundable.
